Fall... the best season of all. Everything is just perfect. The changing leaves, sipping warm apple cider, the growing of root vegetables, weekly servings of soup, nights spent by fire pits, pumpkin ales... it's just too perfect. All we're missing over here are the mountains!
breathing in that fresh fall air...
what a masterpiece!
...and I probably just lost a couple of readers for doing the lame "feet" picture. I just couldn't resist!
I'm trying really hard to learn how to shoot on manual mode. Challenging but so invigorating! (any tips or helpful tutorials out there?)
One of our daily walks... we usually take one in the morning and one with Papa after dinner. It's just too lovely outside.
I have a habit of collecting beautiful things we find outside. I am hoping my girls become gatherers as well.
This little girl begs to go outside. I think mainly because there is the hope that friends may be out playing, too.
Why the furrowed brow, baby girl?
Julip and her boots. They were given to us by a family with seven kiddos. I know they have stories to tell. They've lost all traction, they are oh so loud, and they don't always match with her outfits, but this girl loves her boots. I always hoped my child would insist on wearing real cowboy boots!
I hope eveyone has the opportunity to get out and enjoy the fall weather, whether you're near the sea or the mountains... or somewhere in the middle. Take a deep breath of that fall air... ahhhh.
love love,
Caro
