Milk and Leaves

Look at this face!

Over a week ago, we Americans celebrated Thanksgiving. A week later, I'm sharing how our family celebrated! With school coming to an end, you can probably guess what my time is going towards- studying! Less time for blogging and doing my normal routine. I have had so many friends and family members say, "Hey, I really enjoy reading the blog....(pause...pause)." I understand that as, "Hey, why haven't you been updating!?!" So sorry to withhold sweet pictures of Julibelle from all my lovely readers!

Sweet Julibelle sitting in her momma's lap!

We went to my sweet Aunt KK and Uncle Billy's for Thanksgiving lunch. We shared a delicious, southern meal with my cousin Carter and his wife Kim (and their baby in womb), my mom, my Gran, and said Aunt and Uncle. We can barely fit on the kids bench these days. And as a tradition the kids went tramping through the woods on their land. We really missed my brother Davis and Anna, though.

Julip showing the girls her cute face!

Carter getting some baby time with little Jube! She's grown so much since last time he held her!

Gran checking out Ju's chunky legs! :)

At the dinner table, getting some hugs! Sweeter than any pumkin pie!

Many people asked me what Julip was going to eat for Thanksgiving. Well, as mentioned in previous posts, Julip is just breastfeeding again as we continue trying solids with her. BUT she did eat some leaves... crunchy, freshly fallen Fall leaves!

We couldn't keep her from chomping on the leaves...

and it was just so cute!

I guess it is organic! ha

Happy first Thanksgiving baby girl!

We have so much to be thankful for. Most of all, I'm thankful for my sweet Dustin and precious baby Julip. God is so good!

xoxo, Caro

I can't count how many people told me over thanksgiving that they loved my blog. My response each time -"sorry". Why? because I haven't posted in 3 months.
I'm glad you're keeping up the fight though cause I love the Julip pictures. she's a cutie. And the leaves are just immune boosters :) Haley loves them too.
