That Dress Looks Nice on You

Dustin and I love weddings...they're miracles! We've been to two fabulous ones this summer and celebrated the covenantal union of marriage with some of our favorite couples! Davis, my brother, finally married his bride, Anna, and Molly Beth finally married her groom, Blaine! It's so interesting how all weddings are so different from others. Dustin and I were married in our small church were I had grown up and Dustin had been working. We got married in the morning and had breakfast at our reception...it was the best day of my life! Anna and Davis were married on the grounds of a beautiful plantation house in Georgia. We danced to zydeco music, ate shrimp, corn, and potoates and swallowed it all down with kegs of beer (very appropriate for the Wares!). And Molly's wedding was in an old, remodeled warehouse that was made perfect for venues and weddings alike. They had fantastic food and dancing at the reception, and it was such a beautiful experience. There are not too many things in this world more beautiful than a bride in white! My heart melted as I watched Anna and Molly walk to their mates, one of which was my brother! What a special moment to share with these newlyweds!!!

This is the house! How beautiful, huh? And yes, that is Dustin, Julip and me in the front strolling along in the epically hot weather!

Davis escorting old Gran to her seat next to ME!

Four generations here all dressed up!

Me, sweaty, with the two glistening, blissful newlyweds! Don't you think they favor a little?
And finally the kiss they had been waiting on for so long! You can tell, Davis went for it to the extreme! :)

Four beautiful ladies in my family! Momma, Gran, KK, and baby Julibelle!

Weddings are also good times to catch up with best friends like Miss Katie here! :)
And like Stephanie and Allison here! See Molly's mom's dress in the background? what a great visual!

The newlyweds cutting their deliciously beautiful cake!

The incredibly beautiful bride! Molly is my 9th cousin, somewhere down the line and has been one of my best friends since we moved from Germany! She is such a delight!

You all mean so much to us and we are so thankful we got to share the joy of these special days with you! We pray for y'all's marriages and cannot wait for Julip to have little cousins!!! (HINT)

Love, the Jernigans
