Baby Eloise will be here so soon, y'all! I cannot believe how far along I am. It's the 8th month! As Julip would say, "Oh my goodness!" :) She better come before the weather changes too much! :)
Baby sister weighs as much as a jicama, a little more than 3.5 lbs.
Baby weighs as much as a pineapple (yummy).
This week, I'm carrying around a honeydew melon! :)
People ask how I'm feeling, and honestly, I feel great! I can tell I move a little slower, but other than that, nothing is really different. I'm not getting tired, I'm sleeping well, I have no aches, pains, or swelling... everything is great! Praise the Lord!
Dustin was gone all last week in Honduras (and again this week) and I had such a list of things to get done. Although I'm super pregnant, I was determined not to let that hold me back. Thankfully, I worked my way through my list and have a new list for this week! I'll update you soon on my progress! I think I've taken nesting to a WHOLE new level... What can I say, I'm a little CRAZY! :)
I've been craving steak and hamburgers lately. Last night, we were able to go on a date and I just had to have a hamburger... but it was actually a bison burger and it was DELICIOUS! I also cannot get enough garlic these days. Yummy!
With Julip, I put on lots of weight all over. This baby has pretty much gotten all the weight and I've kept it mostly in my midsection. I don't feel like I've done anything differently though, I guess it's just different with each baby. Eloise is so funny, too. I can literally feel her little feet all the time. She'll stick one against the wall of my belly and I can feel her foot! and sometimes I feel a knee or an elbow or her booty. I've enjoyed that so so much. I cannot wait to meet baby sister! :)
With love,
momma Caro
