With Thanksgiving week came yummy foods, fun family time, and week 17 of this baby growing in my belly! We were able to spend time with Dustin's side of the family in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park . Dustin's grandparents have a cabin up there for the entire family to enjoy. It was so fun! (More on Thanksgiving later!)
We were able to hike a little with Jubie girl. She loves leading the way on paths and looking at water, rocks, moss, trees, dirt, and anything else she can see and touch. She's our little explorer!
My little family, all four of us.
Our other little baby growing inside of me has been exploring, too! Well, she/he has probably been exploring for sometime now but I FINALLY FELT FLUTTERS! I was sitting on the couch blogging recently and suddenly felt movement. It's the sweetest, most reassuring feeling ever. This pregnancy just entered a whole new level of realness! I'm so thankful for our little mover.
Wanna know something funny? 30 minutes into our 9 hour drive, Julip bit her lip, we hit traffic, and I threw up my entire lunch! Great start right?
Soon, like in 15 days, we will know if it is a he or a her! I kinda think it's a girl. Dustin thinks it's a boy. But this pregnancy has been very different from little Jubie... which makes me think Dustin's right! Who knows? Only God! But we cannot wait to find out! :) Will Julip have a little sister or a little brother?
What is your guess?
With love,
caro, xoxo

Hey Beautiful. I just want you to know that even though we haven't seen each other in years, I still look at you as a friend. You are a beautiful woman and a great mommy. I'm proud of you. You are such a great Christian and you inspire me to be more than I am. Congratulations on the new little one. -Kelli Harrison
I like your whimsical way of writing. You are talented (and I'll be you're a great mom, too)!
Why do chick-fil-A cravings always hit on Sunday? It's just wrong.
